Hi Customer Service Rep.
Problem has been fixed, and the customer was able to do as they liked. Any form of aid you could do should be directed at your script reading tech support. My first suggestion is to hire people who don't have to rely on scripts to do their jobs.

The shenanigans get better in the later episodes, as does some of the joking and camaraderie. It's not Clarkson/Hammond/May certainly, but it's moving along, and has a lot more chemistry than Fifth Gear. I think the 4th episode with the trek through the Australian bush was really good. It had a lot of goofy moments, felt very Aussie in terms of the setting and the experience, and it started to show the strengths of each presenter (though I'm finding Warren to be too much of a clone of James May).

I'm really concerned about Top Gear America. For one, it's fucking November, and it still hasn't debuted, plus Carolla hasn't mentioned anything on his radio show about filming a second episode. I'm afraid it's going to be stillborn if it ever airs because NBC will be so skittish about it. It'll probably end up on some shitty time slot with zero promotion and fail, then NBC will blame everything except themselves.

We use Lightroom in my photo class at school, and I'm not impressed. It's fairly slow, clunky, etc.

I really need to try out <a href="http://www.apple.com/aperture" rel="nofollow">Aperture</a>
